1General Information & Eligibility

Cricket ID (www.cricketid.win) is an international online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh and around the world. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Cricket ID and its users.

To use Cricket ID, you must:

2Account Registration & Verification

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering a Cricket ID account. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited and such accounts may be closed at any time.

• Multiple Accounts Prohibited: Only one Cricket ID account is permitted per person, household, or device
• KYC Verification: Cricket ID may verify your identity at any time. Completing KYC may be required before making deposits or withdrawals
• Account Security: Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to Cricket ID immediately
• Account Transfer Prohibited: Cricket ID accounts may not be sold, rented, or transferred to any other person

3Deposit Policy

When making a deposit on Cricket ID, please note the following important rules:

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used
• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 200
• No charges apply for deposits
• Funds deposited but not used in gameplay will still be refunded, subject to completion of the required verification process
• Deposits via third-party payment methods are not permitted

4Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from Cricket ID:

• KYC is mandatory: You must complete identity verification before making a withdrawal
• Same Method: Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500 (Five Hundred)
• Processing Time: Usually within 6–24 hours
• Bonus Terms: Wagering must be completed before withdrawing from a bonus balance

If irregular activity is detected on an account, Cricket ID may temporarily suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Cricket ID offers a range of bonuses and promotions, each subject to specific terms and conditions:

• Time Limit: Wagering must be completed within the specified number of days after claiming a bonus

6Gaming Code of Conduct

To ensure fair and honest gameplay on Cricket ID, the following code of conduct is mandatory:

• The use of cheat software, bots, or any automated playing tools is strictly prohibited
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the game system is not permitted – if you discover a bug, you must report it to Cricket ID immediately
• Collusion (cooperating with another player to gain an unfair advantage) is strictly prohibited
• Depositing via money laundering or illegal funds is strictly prohibited
• Disrespectful behaviour towards other players is not permitted

7Account Suspension & Closure

Cricket ID may temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons:

• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is violated
• Opening an account with false information or submitting fraudulent documents during the KYC process
• Operating multiple accounts will result in
• Abusing the bonus system
• Using cheat tools or bots
• If suspicious activity is detected in relation to account security

You may also close your Cricket ID account yourself. Your balance will be returned once verification is complete.

8Responsible Gaming
